• Transaction & Fulfillment: Process payments, deliver digital NFTs, and ship physical merchandise

3. Who We Share With

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

• Payment Processor (Stripe): To securely process your payments and handle transaction data
• Email Provider: To send transactional emails (order confirmations, updates) and marketing communications (you can opt out anytime)

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

• Unsubscribe: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting us

Note: NFT transactions are recorded on public blockchains and cannot be deleted. Wallet addresses and ownership records remain publicly visible.

7. Children's & Guardian Privacy

SEA is an all-ages esports platform. Players under 18 may register, but a verified parent or legal guardian must approve their participation before they can compete. During registration we collect the player's date of birth to determine the appropriate protections, and a parent/guardian email so we can request consent.

Players aged 13–17

We collect the minimum information needed to create the account and verify identity. Competition features remain locked until a parent or guardian has reviewed the participation terms and completed their own identity verification. Guardians may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, which deactivates the player's ability to compete.

Children under 13 (COPPA)

A parent or legal guardian must complete registration on behalf of a child under 13. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not collect personal information from a child beyond what is reasonably necessary to contact the parent/guardian and obtain verifiable parental consent. We will not enable competition features or collect further personal information until that consent is provided, and the parent may review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's information at any time by contacting us.

What team owners can see

Team owners and coaches never see a player's date of birth, legal name, or identity documents. They see only a privacy-safe readiness status (for example, “Competition Ready” or “Guardian pending”) so they can manage their roster without accessing sensitive personal data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
