Pre-launch means we are gauging interest and building our community before committing to full production. This is similar to crowdfunding—your early support helps us determine if there is enough demand to move forward with the event.
During pre-launch, you are backing a vision, not purchasing a finalized product. Everything from dates to merchandise designs may evolve as we grow.
We will announce when we move to subsequent phases (venue confirmation, ticket sales, etc.).
Current pricing is promotional pre-launch pricing. Prices shown today may change as we approach production.
Early backers will receive priority pricing and upgrade options before public sales.
Current artwork is conceptual and subject to change. This includes NFT designs, merchandise graphics, and promotional materials.
We will announce when artwork is locked for production and provide previews before fulfillment.
Orders enter production only after we reach funding milestones.
Production Timeline:
Digital items (Discord access, founder badges, digital content) are delivered immediately upon purchase. Physical items require the production cycle above.
Changes are expected during pre-launch. Here is how we handle them:
Event Dates Change
Your backer benefits transfer to new dates. Major changes (30+ days or different city) trigger credit/conversion options.
Designs/Artwork Change
You will see final designs before production. Community feedback shapes final products.
Event Does Not Happen
You keep all digital perks and physical merchandise. Event-dependent benefits do not convert (see refund policy below).
Tier Benefits Change
We may add benefits but will not remove promised benefits from your tier without offering alternatives.

Digital Items (NFTs, Discord, Digital Content)
Non-refundable once delivered. By purchasing, you accept the speculative nature of crowdfunding and the risk that event-dependent benefits may not materialize.
Physical Merchandise
Non-refundable once shipped, except for manufacturing defects. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for defective items.
Founders List ($1)
Non-refundable commitment to show interest. This small amount demonstrates community demand.
Event Cancellation
If the live event is canceled, event-dependent perks (VIP access, qualifying sessions, etc.) will not convert to cash. All digital perks and physical merchandise remain yours.
